WARRANTY
Scrikss items are covered by a 1-Year warranty against any mechanical failure, regardless of the date of purchase. Items that are no longer produced and which cannot be repaired are replaced with other equivalent Scrikss pens. However, pencil tips, eraser, ballpoint refill, ink cartridge, etc. Items that are damaged as a result of normal use, such as, are not covered by this warranty.
