J. Herbin was established in 1670 and is the oldest brand for fountain pen inks in the world.
• The original J. Herbin was a sailor, and from his many journeys to India he brought back to Paris formulas for manufacturing sealing wax and inks. • J. Herbin uses all natural dyes in their fountain pen inks. This natural composition is reflected in the very neutral pH of the inks.

The solution helps you clean the pen when:
+ Change to new ink.
+ Long time no use, the pen is dirty.
+ Cleaning/ Pen maintenance.
• Made in France with natural ingredients, this solution is easy and convenient to use. 50ml bottle: Simply put the solution in a cup, dip your nib in, and draw the solution into the pen. Let it soak for five minutes, then rinse with cold water. Cartridge: insert directly into the pen. Rinse with clean water after about 15 minutes.
