The ECO Clear fountain pen boasts incredible value with its piston filling system and affordable price. Like many other TWSBI fountain pens, it features a crystal clear acrylic barrel so you can see your ink level and a solid black cap. The pen cap has an inner cap to insure a perfect seal when stored away. It is completed with silver trim and a silver stainless steel nib.

TWSBI's belief is that it is important to allow the user to disassemble and reassemble the pen and completely experience the traditional aspects of owning and using a fountain pen. These pens also come packaged with a wrench and silicone grease. Neither of these accessories is intended to be used immediately, as they are for long-term care and maintenance. Additionally, please use extra care if you choose to disassemble the nib and feed, as the feed is very fragile.

Worth giving 5 Star for the product and delivery

As a product this is beyond a beginner level.Having capability to disassemble gives some real technical insight. About delivery, this was my second order in Swastikpenn as I had a good experience of having faster delivery,good packaging.

Second twsbi

Thanks for the quick shipping in these covid times. I already had a TWSBI with an EF nib and bought the 1.1 stub nib. This pen is probably the best pen around the 3 thousand mark. The Lamy and Pilots are no match. Especially with the beautiful 1.1 stub which is a deliciously wet writer. Both pens wrote straight out of the box and the 1.1 is especially smooth with the EF having some feedback but no scratchiness.

Incredible!

Aahhhh yes!.. The TWSBI eco!...! Where other demonstrator fountain pens in this price range provide a pen with a converter to be viewed through the clear body, this pen provides a piston mechanism. Which means that the ink isn't just confined to the slender body of the converter, but sloshes around in the entire pen's barrel! You just have to see it to believe how much of a difference that makes. This is the definitive demonstrator pen according to me. The body is high quality clear acrylic construction, and can be taken apart easily for maintenance & cleaning. The pen comes with a wrench to remove the piston mechanism from the pen. It also comes with a small little bottle of silicone grease to lubricate the motion of the piston, if the need arises. Most reviews I have seen mention that there has never been a need to use it, ever. This pen is both form and function. It writes as good as it looks. I got it in Clear, Extra Fine configuration. There is a small story here. I wanted the EF nib but it was out of stock, so I ordered the Fine nib. I then later wrote a mail to Swastik Penn to request them to change the nib from F to EF. They assured me that they will look at the stock and provide me with EF if it was available. Not only was it available, they even called me to confirm my request before shipping it to me. This is the highest grade of customer service I have had in my entire experience with e-commerce. The EF TWSBI Eco Clear writes like a dream, and looks incredible while doing so. It is certainly far ahead of other demonstrator fountain pens in similar price bracket, like Lamy Vista, Platinum Balance etc. It also holds a ton of ink with that piston filler mechanism. Certainly a worthy purchase . Highly recommended.
