Poor Design

Dear Team, I recently purchased the Scrikss Graph-X 0.7mm pencil with 2B leads. At first glance, the physical design of the pencil is stunning. I have noticed some mechanical issues with the pencil that make it difficult to use. The weight of the pencil is too heavy and it puts pressure on the leads causing them to break in the middle. There is no support in the tube to hold the pressure, and as a result, I have had to replace nearly 10 leads in the last 15 days. Unfortunately, this defect is making the pencil unusable. I love pens and mechanical pencils, so I pay close attention to details. Please fix the issue above, which makes these models unbeatable. Thanks KK..,
